Disputes between shareholders are often costly, usually heated, and should always be avoided.

Often professional advisors are known by both parties and may not be viewed as impartial by one side or the other. We have undertaken an independent role in many such disputes giving a balanced view to both parties whilst attempting to seek and deliver a pragmatic solution acceptable to all parties.
