There will be occasions when clients will be seeking your advice when they have been affected by the insolvency of a third party, possibly a customer, supplier or tenant.

In which case, they may require assistance on matters such as:

• Representation at creditors’ meetings
• Retention of title
• Landlord rights
• Rights of action
• Reviewing voluntary arrangement proposals

On such occasions we are available to give advice either directly to the client or via the adviser that will assist the client in identifying their options.
